Program Delivery Lead

About the Role

The Program Delivery Lead is the operational centre of ELDR Consulting's engagement model — ensuring that programmes are scoped clearly, staffed appropriately, governed rigorously, and delivered to the quality standard ELDR's institutional clients expect. This role combines project management excellence with client relationship management, team coordination, and delivery risk oversight. It is a role for a highly organised, client-focused professional who understands what quality looks like and holds themselves and their teams to it.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery governance for ELDR Consulting engagements — project plans, workstream tracking, risk registers, milestone reporting, and client status communications
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across Advisory, Technology, and Media practice streams embedded in client programmes
• Manage day-to-day client relationships — progress updates, issue resolution, scope management, and executive briefings
• Develop and maintain project charters, delivery frameworks, resource plans, and quality assurance processes
• Identify delivery risks and issues early and manage resolution with appropriate escalation
• Ensure all programme deliverables meet ELDR's quality standards before client presentation
• Support business development with project scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development

Requirements

• 8–15 years of programme or project management experience in a consulting or regulated enterprise environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programmes with cross-functional teams
• Strong client management skills — confidence managing senior stakeholders and navigating scope or schedule tension
• Structured delivery methodology expertise: Agile, hybrid Agile/waterfall, or PMI-aligned approaches
• PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification required
• Undergraduate degree required; business or technical graduate degree an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in management consulting programme delivery — Big 4, boutique, or specialist firm
• Familiarity with regulated project environments in financial services, healthcare, or government
• Experience using Jira, MS Project, or comparable programme management tooling in enterprise settings
